We currently have several options for home-schooled students. We are offering a workshop the first Tuesday of each month October - June, specifically for homeschoolers grades K-8. Call 990-2900 ext.3 for information and registration. Homeschoolers are also welcome to come take part in our mission simulations. As astronauts prepare for many hours to go on a space mission, you too must be prepared to come on one of our simulated space mission like: Rendezvous with a Comet! If you are a home schooled student or educator interested in going on the simulated space mission Rendezvous with a Comet, please follow the instructions below to apply for your mission: - Learn: Please take some time to learn about the science and history of comets (start here, but don't forget to look online and visit your local library).
- Choose: Next, please dowload the "Help Wanted" PDF below, which contains descriptions of each of the positions on the Rendezvous with a comet mission. Select the job you would like to perform from the list of positions.
